Convicted Killer Sentenced to Death for Third Time

A jury sentenced Richard Odom, 46, to death for the 1991 rape and murder of a 77-year-old woman. This is the third time a criminal court jury has sentenced Odom to death. The Tennessee Supreme Court overturned the previous two sentences.
