Memphis - Sept. 28, 2015 - U.S. Attorney Edward L. Stanton III; Shelby County District Attorney General Amy Weirich; Memphis Police Director Toney Armstrong; Shelby County Sheriff Bill Oldham; Special Agent in Charge for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Steven Gerido; and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent in Charge Todd McCall announced the indictment of several alleged members of the Gangster Disciples for their roles in the attempted murder of five teenagers in South Memphis.

Bookkeeper Pleads Guilty to 2nd Embezzlement

MEMPHIS – Sept. 28, 2015 - A bookkeeper for a business technology company has pleaded guilty to embezzling more than $60,000 from the company over a four-year period, Shelby County Dist. Atty. Gen. Amy Weirich said Monday.
