Man Indicted in Harbor Town Slaying

July 27, 2018 – A 21-year-old man was indicted Thursday on first-degree premeditated murder and other felony charges stemming from the shooting death last November of a woman at her residence in Harbor Town on Mud Island, said Shelby County Dist. Atty. Gen. Amy Weirich.
Shelby County Asst. Dist. Atty. Muriel Nolen was elected Mid-Atlantic Regional Director of the National Black Prosecutors Assn. for 2018-19 at the recent NBPA Annual Conference and Job Fair in Denver. The Mid-Atlantic Region includes Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
