Elderly Man Pleads Guilty to Theft of Services

MEMPHIS – Nov. 18, 2014 - A 71-year-old man who talked his way into living in an $800,000 home in Cordova and then arranged for more than $200,000 in improvements that he never paid for has pleaded guilty to eight felony theft charges, Shelby County Dist. Atty. Gen. Amy Weirich said Tuesday.
