Man Convicted of Beating Girlfriend

MEMPHIS – Sept. 17, 2015 - A 40-year-old man with six prior felonies has been convicted of punching his girlfriend and beating her with a pistol because he couldn’t find his marijuana, Shelby County Dist. Atty. Gen. Amy Weirich said Thursday.

Man Convicted in Second Murder Case

MEMPHIS – July 17, 2015 - A man already serving life in prison for one murder was convicted Friday in the 2009 shooting death of a man in the Riverview area of South Memphis, said Shelby County Dist. Atty. Gen. Amy Weirich.
