DA Mulroy to Host Town Hall in Bartlett to Address Public Safety and Community Initiatives
(Shelby County, TN)—Shelby County DA Steve Mulroy invites Bartlett residents to participate in a community town hall on Tuesday, November 19th, at New Hope Christian Church, located at 3300 Kirby Whitten Road. The event, beginning at 5:30 PM, is part of the District Attorney’s Community Forum Series, a countywide initiative to foster dialogue around public safety and community well-being.
During the town hall, DA Mulroy will engage with residents, addressing community concerns, discussing the pressing issues affecting public safety, and updating attendees on ongoing and future initiatives. Key topics include the DA’s Fast Track Violent Crime Initiative, known as “V11,” which aims to streamline the handling of violent crime cases, bringing swift and decisive action against those committing violent offenses in Shelby County.
Representatives from the District Attorney’s Office will also be available to provide updates on other community-centered initiatives aimed at reducing crime, promoting justice, and enhancing safety throughout Shelby County. These initiatives include outreach efforts focused on community engagement, crime prevention, and support for victims.
"We are committed to maintaining open lines of communication with the residents of Bartlett and throughout Shelby County," said DA M Mulroy. "Our goal is to keep the public informed and involved as we work together to build a safer and more resilient community."
The DA’s Office encourages all Bartlett residents to attend the town hall to share their perspectives and learn more about how the DA’s office is working to promote public safety and address local concerns.
