Sept. 24, 2020 – An Olive Branch woman has been indicted on first-degree murder charges in the shooting death of her boyfriend in June outside a Memphis motel, said Shelby County Dist. Atty. Gen. Amy Weirich.
Defendant Patrice Austin, 40, is being held on $500,000 bond.
